Visit fizzer.com via the web or download our app on iOS or Android. Click “Sign up,” fill in your login details, and you’re all set!
Once you are logged in, go to the main menu and click on “My account.” Here, you can update:
- Your login details
- Your password
- Your address book
Changing your password on Fizzer is easy! 👌 Follow these steps:
- From a mobile device: Click on the menu at the bottom right of your screen, select “Profile & Settings,” and then click on “Change Password.”
- From the web: Click on “My account,” then select “Change password.”
Enter your new password and click “Confirm” to complete the process!
No worries. Go to Fizzer, click on “Sign in,” then select “Forgot password.” Enter your Fizzer login email and you’ll receive instructions to create a new password in your inbox. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder, it might be hiding in there. 🧐
Of course! Go to the Menu, click on “My addresses,” and then select “Add contact.” You can even create custom contact groups to send the same card to multiple recipients with just one click.
Certainly! All the creations you send are stored in your order history. You can review, read, and even resend them with or without modifications. To do this, go to the Menu and click on “My orders.” If you want to organize and hide some sent creations, click on them and select “Hide this card/album.”
To avoid losing your creation, follow these steps to save it in your drafts:
- On a computer: Create your card or album and click “Save” at any stage before leaving the application.
- On mobile: Your creation is automatically saved every time you click “Back” or “Next.”

Yes, if your phone contacts are correctly filled out (last name, first name, street, postal code, city, country), you can sync them with your Fizzer account. This will save you a lot of time! ⏱
Here’s how to do it:
- First step: Make sure that Fizzer is allowed to access your contacts in your phone settings. If not, it won’t work!
- Then:
- Open the app and log in
- Click on the menu at the bottom right of your screen
- Select “Sync my contacts”
Now you’re all set to make your contacts happy!
Fizzer allows you to import a contact list from the web application, which is handy for heavy sending!
Here’s how:
- Log in to your Fizzer account on the web.
- Click on “My account.”
- Select the “My addresses” tab.
- Click on “Import contacts.”
- Download the Excel file and fill in all the required columns.
- Upload your completed Excel file in the same place.
Your contacts are now ready to receive your beautiful creations!
You have a unique referral code that you can share with your friends. When a friend uses your referral code for their first purchase on Fizzer, you both earn 2 credits. The credits for each new referred friend are unlimited and are automatically added to your account. You can find your referral code on your Fizzer account under “Menu” and then “Free credits.”
